Yupp!! even I am keen to find it out. Mr. Shenoy you should indeed write a small (may be 3 part) series about left's role post independence. If rediff does not publish it I will ;-) But I am really more keen to find out why is it that most left leaders even though being smart, telegenic & intelligent fail to attract people anywhere except their bastions. any theories there? ~Swapnil
