Prevention is better than cure!
by B.Gautam on Jan 05, 2006 04:12 PM   Permalink

Though heart attacks are noticed in younger generations very rarely, they are normally found to occur above the age of 40 in most of the cases due to various reasons!
While I discussed about them recently with a cardiologist, who largely held life styles as responsible to such attacks! General inflammation of different parts of the blood vessels is the root cause for such attacks! Inflammations are inevitable as they are result of various interior and exterior activities in and upon the body. Always prevention is better than cure! We can effectively prevent such inflammations in simple ways by restructuring our dietary systems, our daily routines and habits! The body functions smoothen to daily rhythmic activities and hence regularities in all activities of the body are always preferred. We can also add some vitamins and minerals externally after the age of say 40 and above in majority of the cases to control the inflammation effectively thereby prevent attacks! Addition of such noted minerals help during attacks too to prevent their serious effects! Careful continuation thereafter will ensure heart attack-free life!
