Why not spend the Rs 51 crore instead on girls education, building toilets, combating female feoticide, or fighting against domestic violence... Fanatics.. Just leave the artists alone...why restrict creativity... Rather focus some attention on the problems in the Indian society and begin to clean up the mess...
