Justice for poor and rich?
by Ravi Sharma on Feb 24, 2006 10:23 AM   Permalink

Unfortunately in our indian society money power is stronger than law and order.A rich person had every right with money power. He can commit henious crimes,if caught can apply bail, if not granted bail can be admitted in hospital(mostly heart pain)and enjoy life.Even after if prosecuted and punished for a crime committed, can avail facilities like wine food girl,TV,VCR.Fridge, best food.
So our judiciary, jail administration and police are puppets in the hands of rich.
On the other hand poor person can be put behind bars for 44 years for no reasons.Lame excuse is that our courts are over burdened.
Who had stopped Government to recruit more judges and open fast track courts, but they will not do it as at every where in parliament assemblies criminals are running country convenient to their illegal criminal wish.
No hope for this country.
