President APJ Abdul Kalam has commented many times, "Why is it that only the poor get hanged in this country?" This question somebody must answer, otherwise every rich and powerful man has the capacity to get away with murder. Thank you.

Deepak, you are missing the point: there will always be corruption in the "system". Its up to us as citizens to stand up and be counted - and there is always a price for the truth. The witnesses were absolute COWARDS, and the police investigators were worse.
By your skewed logic, there should never have been a struggle for freedom, the 'system' would be blamed. People gave their lives, and still do, for truth and justice, as thats the foundation of any decent institution/state. The high-society (dregs?) have, by their silence, connived in the murder of Jessica, and in the murder of justice. What if it was your sister who was murdered? You would sing a different tune, I am sure!
