It has been proved again that "Money and Power" can anything in India. Inspite of having striking evidence the accused was let off (seeing a picture of the accused smiling was disgusting). The Courts lose their credibility when judgments like this are passed. Another judgement where the courts announced that "private institutions can charge a capitation fee" is something in this direction. The "rich and the powerful educational institutions" were able to elicit such a judgement from the courts in india. The courts that charge people with "Contempt" should look within first before they point fingers at the people. we should now say "the Judicial and the political systems go hand-in-hand" and the media is the worst.
