PM-INDIA's POLICY Healthy internal policies and corrupt free internal governance with due respect to constitution pave way for external transactions/policies that will have robust consensus. Please refer back to decissions of present government and judicial comments and judgements starting with Jharkhand;Bihar;Goa etc.Qutrochi;Mr.Chawla;Survillance on SC Judge (At least 6 such instances of recent past)clearly tell about ruthless governance,come what may. This does not mean the Political horse trading in case of Bihar/Jharkhand etc. But when even the obvious has to be adhered to constitution Governments have no choice but to to follow the system/due process and never be rutheless or violative of constitution. No good thinking Government shall govern on the basis of wrong precedences (if NDA or other Governments have corrupt in their Govt, another ruling party shall not take excuse to have such corrupt in ntheir Govts. Simple principle: Two wrongs do not make one right). Many such good principles usher in Deligent, Responsive, transaprent, Accountable and Counrty (Country as awhole) welfare centric government sooner than latter.
