I like the way the story is told, very similar to the style that all authors who want to show a facet of India adhere to usually is there.
But I cannot accept that this book from which the excerpt is, was written by the guy who works at the call center in India. The language/wording is definitely 'American English', so why the claim, I wonder? The story is told exactly the way an immigrant tells about India and what he experiences in India. It is very obvious, I wonder why the facade?

You wrote something practical but do'nt be in the manner where people never like to join this proffesion. There should be some MASALA and exicement
