I really have a concern for the ppl working with call centers, the odd timings, they need to follow etc., Im seeing my friend, who is working with a BPO start his day in distress when i end it in joy and end his day unwillingly , when i start it in full swing !!!!
These ppl somehow get seperated from the rest of the society due to their and i feel, we should not let that happen. Every job is difficult, and solving someones trouble is much more difficult. That is the job of a CSR.
Books, like this.. I guess, would change the way the society looks @ CSRs.
