No one should not be executed in the world. Execution is not a final soluation.If any violation done against human rights , concerned should be properly punished, other way than an execution, to keep the hierachy.

it is wrong to attribute saddam's execution to the rules of karma. if this rule is to be applied, the entire USA would have been erased from history long ago for their crimes against humanity, hiroshima and nagasaki being the prominent among them.
