Indian judiciary a citadel of the upper castes has finally given way opened its vista to its lesser priviledged brethren. May their tribe increase in the Indian Judiciary.

You want tribalism in the judiciary as well, eh?
So far. with so called 'upper' caste judges, hasn't the judiciary done well? Then, how is it that you have reason to complain except for some sickness within you which makes you hide your own inefficiencies in the successes of a learned judge?

Congrats to New CJI. Mr Immanuel, beg your pardon, but it should not be seen on caste basis. Mr Balakrishnan became CJI solely based on merit. There is nothing such thing, except poverty,in India which makes anybody underpriviledged. If Mr Balakrishnan was ever underprevildeged then it was just because of his poverty. And if could fight poverty he is what we see him today. And it is true for the poors of any caste/tribe/religion.All poors face the same problem.Everybody face hardship in their life. But it has become mentality of Indians to observe it on the basis of caste/religion.Is Mayawati underprevilidged? But if any political equation goes wrong against her, she throws this propoganda again. If any section of Indian society needs help, its poor people of India. Be they of any caste, relogion or sect. If most of the poors belong to any particular caste then they need the most of the help. Defenetly. Best way to help any section of society is not to tell them repeatedly that they are underpriviledged but to help them getting education and providing them the resources they lack. So,All INDIANS,please not just work for your own caste or religion, but work for whole of the India. Thanks.
