We understand the mental bearing of a superseded sr IFS officer.We wounder if the bunch of our adminstra- tive officers be it IAS,IFS or IPS are so divergent on their political views and keeps quite while on the route for the next promotion failing which gets down with the pen to find fault with policies admired by his mates in service.Unfortunately we have seen the mindset of some so called purified adminstrative officers of our country who change colour by the hr. We are fortunate to have a Prime Minister who is not only bone honest but highly qualified to understand what benifits INDIA and her interest becouse he is not interested on further PROMOTION.He is here which he never asked for and he will not regret if he is not there but he will uphold every inch on national interest.When our Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh had the best of the brain to support the deal which is ment to benifit India we will trust him than a adminstrator.
