That officer treated the parents badly. He should have given them reasonable time to get the documents faxed. He should have certainly allowed those parents to speak to the higher official. Is there any contact for Maharashtra Chief Minister so that we can request punishment to that officer and teach those BAD guys a lesson. Do we know the officer's name and id?
