This man was playing games on his cell phone. never bothered to even listen to our request and says "till the flight comes no one can tell you"
He never made an attemt to check on his computer. Now after i spoke to friends in the Airline buisness i came to know details of all boarding passengers are on the database. This person just didnt want to help - then what is the point of sitting in the counter when one cannot even treat the customers in a decent manner.
