I have no sympathy whatsoever for this individaul because its his fault to have not taken the right documents with him(thats sheer negligence) given the state of Indian administration. I myself am an NRI living in Boston and if I were him, I would have taken all the necessary steps beforehand. All this article/news serves is just a warning to people who are willing to travel to India, thats it.
