Definitely, double standards on the part of the Mumbai Immigration Officials....they should have deported the French guy as well....
Nevertheles, a BIG BIG BIG mistake on Mr. Vijay's part....how can he NOT take his kids' visas with him....the two things MOST important to carry with you are Passports and Visas while traveling abroad...i'm just unable to fathom how one can forget their visas....even more dumber are the officials who let him out of Boston with out visas....
