This is shameful, the immigration should be fired...but then its India! no freakin Govt Official is fired, just transferred!, so in this case they should transfer the guy to police stations in Mumbai suburbs/slums....where his lucrative source of income is cut-off. But then again this leaches will find ways to rip off people in slums too!
