Mumbai Immigration has done their job to the best of their abilities. It is the carlessness of the parents to have not travelled with the correct documents of their own children. Would the parents have reatcted the same way if they would have faced a similar situation with the US immigration officials at New York? Would this complaining be published on rediff.com had the incident happened at New York's JFK airport? Start owning up to your mistake and stop blaming others for your mistake. It is of no use comparing yourself with a French citizen and saying he was "white" and all that. If you would have cared for your children, the problem would not have occured.
