Why this question about brown or firang. That frenchman might have had a return ticket or a ticket for onward journey within 3 days. Had this guy (father) tried to find out about that? Does anyone give a visa (evem two day transit visa) without the proper documentation?Whyis he blaming the Indian officials for what is clearly his fault and even if we do give enough leeway to the fact that he genuinely forgot to get the visas, it is the fault of the french officials who should have ensured that the people WITHOUT INDIAN PASSPORTS (kids) have the correct visa papers to get into the country. Don't blame the Indian official. Let me see him try that with any other country. Ofcourse he will be sent back if there is no provision for visa-on-arrival... which India should have by the way...
