Without taking the considered opinions of experts outside the Establishmentin to considration,it is certainly an unwise step to agree to the proposal as approved by both houses of USA. The voice the elected houses of the USA have does not seem to exist for our Loksabha and the Rajya Sabha. The Govt will be ill advised to go ahead with the deal in its form with out taking on board the voices of dissent S.Ramaswamy
