The Dalits who are forced to stay on the outskirts of the village did nto indulge in the violence. The Dalits who indulged in the violence did were educated from the benefits that general Indian society gives them. And guess how they use their newfound freedom and knowledge - to display hooliganism, to disrupt the lives of normal hardworking citizens !!

Reservations are legislative (not judicial or society) response to historical social evils to certain sections of the society. Government should scrap reservations when 85% of marriages in India are inter-caste or inter-religious.
