It is ironically that the mentality of majority of upper is still biased and arrogant toward lower caste people. No matter how much gruesome incident took place, these people never bother to write few sympathatic words or lines in comment while these people are very keen to write against whenever dalits started protesting over such incidents. Is there any justification for this? The most concerned issue for them is reservation no matter these people are very eagerly waiting same kind of favour in name of ethnic diversity in USA. One facts I would like to bring to notice to these people that there are a number of dalits working in USA in different fields and they believe in their brain and hardwork. This is also known to them there will be no castist favour and they will be treated as per other indians.
So upper caste people need to change their mentality toward lower caste. They are equally talented if equal enivironment and opportunies are given to them.
