You bet! That was the only alternative left to India. With millions of refugees pouring to W Bengal, Bengal's ecnomy was devasted and is yet to recover. No other state helped Bengal to share that gigantic economic burden! Had there not been a war half of Bangladesh's population would have migrated to W Bengal
