It was the call of the situation. But nobody expected that the influx will continue or increase. It is not only the borders but the whole country right in the capital that lot of Bangladeshi are living in slums. It was a mistake on the part of India that it did not avail the opportunity of bargaing Kashmir over the 93000 POW. It was of course another issue of feeding them with all thier security, salary and perks attached with their ranks.....
