First of all we should stop using the word Dalit. They are illiterate and poor. Political leaders keep calling these poor people Dalits for political benefits and out of hunger for power. Make them literate by enforcing compulsory education for all children in the country. Secondly provide them jobs with out reservation. In Government jobs dont give anybody out of turn promotions. Promotions are only based on merits. By this you solve many issues arising out of out of turn promotion for SCs and STs. There is no SC or ST. All are human beings. Imbibe good moral values in each and every student right from childhood. Change in eating habits, change in living style make a lot of good for these prople. Dont call them Dalits any more. Jai Hind
