We cannot cure a disease till we diagnose it correctly.
This is the last statement mentioned in your article. The suggesstions (reserveation in private sector, etc..) your mentioning to solve these problems are wrong. In a democratic country every individual has equal opportunities. If reservations quota increased from now, few sections of people going up and others coming down in their living standards. How do you justify this. If the reservations are continued for 30 years forward caste will need reservations in the future.

Reservations are legislative (not judicial or society) response to historical social evils to certain sections of the society.
Government should scrap reservations when 85% of marriages in India are inter-caste or inter-religious.
