Most of the reserved posts are vacant, not because of lack of dalit candidates but because the upper castes have found loop holes in the system to keep the dalits at bay and away !!!

Dear Tamil Arasan,
Your Chief Minister , professes to be a great supporter of poor people and minorities. Let him be a leader and use only dalits as employees, let him change his personal physician Dr Gopal(Iyengar) , his lawyer, Chartered accountant to Dalits and muslims. Why did he get his nephew's children marry brahmins?. Why is Maran's Son studying in English medium school in Delhi instead of Tamil Medium school in Chennai. Learn to earn money instead of snatching it free from other's pocket as if they stole it from you . All of you need brain surgery and you need to realise that your worst enemy is yourselves, who are not fighting for education , but want equality. That is the ONLY leveller.
You elect people who cheat you saying they are your representative but do nothing for you. What has Dr Ramdas done for the dalits, he has managed to make his son a minister. How has he helped dalits.
Quality compromised by poor skill and education means death to our future.
Understand the realities of life and do not believe leaders like Periyar. He did not want the britishers to go. He was against the freedom struggle. He has insulted Tamil as a language of Kattu Mirandis
