Will companies from abroad still come for campus recruitment?
by Venu on Aug 30, 2006 10:54 AM   Permalink

Alas, What a pity, in the name of competition and best education, from the tax of the salt sold to the poor people, the IIM and IIT are built where the fee is not more than LKG/UKG fee of an public school to train, motivate and send them to foreign company to make policy to get more money to the company from the poor people. When most of the trained managers from these institutions are going abroad, why not give that chance to the SC/STs and OBCs. It is true and proved that just becuse you born in upper class you are not intellegent. It was his trade , just read, read and write. Can a so called upper class know how to plough, when to put the seed? How to fix a tubelight? but they are train to give answer 2X 2 = 4; Instead of picking up the best brain by spending lakhs of rupees by conducting examination and educate and train them with taxpayers money, to send them to foreign comany, it is better to send a reserved people into such institute who are good to work in Indian companies. One become good manager not just because what You study, but what you practice. We do not need companies from abroad to come for campus reqruitment, we wnat them to serve in Indian companies.
