It would be foolish to handcuff anyone whether Indian or foreigner without sufficient cause. The 12 stranded passengers of North West flight gave sufficient reason by their boistrous behaviour during the flight and on suspicion they were rightly detained by the Dutch police. The passengers should have known the present day behavioural norm expected from an air-passenger during the flight and behaved acordingly.
