simple condemning the episode will not give solace to the sufferers, what we need a strong action against any govt. in the world who looks down upon us because we are soft in nature, the action can be political,economical or whatever is better to make them understand us.

What is the need for giving solace to the instigator of misdeed? Should they be patted on their back for their callous behaviour during the flight and for bringing disrepute to the nation. After the 9/11 certain behavioural norms are expected from the air-passengers and these 12 stranded passengers should have followed them.
