Generally Indian passengers when they travel in groups, especially small-time businessmen, become unruly and tend to misbehave with the cabin crew, and they are least bothered about the other fellow passengers. They go on as if the whole aircraft belongs to them and do whatever they feel like. Moreover, they mess up the toilets in such a way that other passengers cannot use them. The stewards/stewardesses have a harrowing time trying to control them. I should know, 'cos I've accompanied a number of Indian groups to Europe/USA. One thing for sure, those guys have learnt a lesson, and will be on their best bahaviour when they travel by air next time. My suggestion is that a handout of Dos and Don'ts should be given by the airlines to the Group Leader to brief the maembers at the time of boarding.
