Vande Mataram
by Prashanth on Aug 30, 2006 06:33 PM   Permalink

Dear All,

'Vande Mataram' is a song that glorifies our own Motherland. Wonder!!! How/Why it is seen in the communal frame work and becoming an issue to debate?? Its very much analogous to singing national anthem during Indpendence day or Republic day. Ergo, singing Vande Mataram means being loyal to once own Nation (Motherland) rather it is mandatory or not??

Regards,
Prashanth
