It really feels great when one sings the song 'Vande Mataram'. The great song written by Sri Bankimchandra Chatterjee in his epic 'Anand Mutt' inspired lakhs of people during the freedom struggle of India. It was proclaimed as 'National Song' and accorded the status equal to that of our 'National Anthem'. It is a privilege to sing the song and every Indian should feel proud to do so.
