I can understand the concerns about the family members and what they are going through but you can't entirely blame the crew for doing what they did. We INDIAN need to learn to behave properly if we do not follow Crew instruction, Harasse them, use the toilet when told not to use then what do you think they should do ?? With so much of tension already going on with the terrorist taking every possible opportunity to create a havoc. This behaviour is widely known with INDIANs on the the INDIAN sectors not only by these but some educated people. I have see this happening several times on the flight and it puts me to shame when I am sitting next to an non INDIAN. I think people have to learn to behave themselves and not act as an uneducated citizen. Look who is suffering for it ???
