We can assume this occurrence on following reason: 1) Due to heavy down puor of mansoon during this year. 2) There will be any eruption beneath the sea bed. 3) Any contaminated industrial effluent dumped in large quantity. 4) The effect of the Mars Planet which is coming closer to earth on 27 Aug 2006.
May be above could be the reason. Beleiving in miracles is useless unless finding out by the sceintific solution.
