For once,the politicians and BMC, who are doing buggarall, have condemned the so called miracle. It's the BMC and politician's fault if this phenomenon is happenin, thanks to their engineering inefficiency and bribe quotient.The leak needs to be plugged, the jokers driniking "sweet" water shooed away home, and their imbecilic minds made to multi task on sound phenomena and things to do, to make them gasp rather than gawk!
