All secular, plural and non Muslim societies are under threat of Jihadi terror. These terror organisations are secret and operate through fundamentalist religious organisations in their client countries.
Many of these countries are arming themselves to the extreme. They have the best conventional weapons, attack aircraft and missiles. They have also sought nuclear weapons and WMDs. All this arming makes the supply of illicit arms a gainful economic activity.
After insuring themselves against any hostile surgical strike from other threatened societies, these sponsors of terrorism then continue to wage a war of attrition against less powerful plural societes in their immediate neighbourhood.
For a state like Pakistan, they have different words to justify acts of same terror; for eg, They call terrorist activity in India as a "Violent freedom struggle" while they call terrorist activities against Western countries as a "criminal activity"even when the organistion involved is the same or its clone.
Its time that a global alliance against terror is formed which includes "criminal activities" and "Violent freedom struggle" or any such activity when they remain essentially the same.
