This is exactly where the State and Central government\'s accountability has to be demanded. When such disasters happen abroad, immediately the police are sent to identify, interview witnesses and block the areas to capture the bombers. In India the policeman is so cowardly he runs away first.Medical care is the government\'s responsability,the politicians are voted to power,all they do is abuse it instead of serving the citizens. Why should we pay taxes or vote them when even the MINIMUM rights of voting citizens is completely ignored? It is high time we pull the politicians into accounting for themselves and start citizens committees to safeguard from such random bombings. Everyone should look and question any abnormal behaviour,catch persons leaving bags and packets in public places and look out for each other.Health care should be free.If we don\'t value our own lives,will the next man respect it?Indian journalists are uselss when it comes to putting pressure on the politicians,in the US and Europe politicians fall and are forced to resign when there are scandals,in INdia the same rogues are re-elected into power.We are foolish to make the same mistake each time so we pay.
