RE:collect the amount (GOOD IDEA TO MAKE THEM OUR SERVANT)

The view expressed here is of very important nature. However how to apply this, that need to be discussed & I strogly feel is that: They must be made responsible as because of whose act the LOSS occured. The same must be made good before payment of their salary. President must take out such step or anact some regulation with the help of Supereme Court, so that such disruption may be compensated for.
