The congress govt is using 'our' money to buy the votes of minorities.
Rs.16500 crores could have been invested in better schools/colleges, which would have been for the betterment of everyone (including the so-called ST/SCs).
It would have been much better to distribute this money between the ST/SCs & close this matter once-and-for-all.
