heavy waterlogging

Even a day's shower results in severe waterlogging at Wadala (east). Would BMC please take cognisance of this and address the same.

They promise.
They promise cure within 2/3/4/5/6/7 years or may be within 10/20/30 years and so on.
The rascals know pretty well that they are not going be around then.
Why dont you %$#@ing rascals cure or at least make an earnest beginning today ?
The fact is noone cares.
Waterlogging excepted, what acceptable explanation does Johny have for the road conditions ?
Or is he not responsible for that ?
Than who is responsible ?
