It has hardly rained 200mm and already the Mumbaikars seem to be returning home.Forget the spirit and save yourself,this seems to be the prsent motto. I believe that everyone is frightened after the deluge last year and every heavy shower is compared to 26/7. Mumbai has undergone too much concretization in the past few years and it is impossible for the rain water to not get logged. It is for us to understand that rains will pour down heavily and not blame the authorities but ourselves.
