I would say that it is totally unjustufied on behalf of the CSE to publish reports relating to ban the Product which is Internationally recognised & Woreld famous. the remarks made by the Abovementioned NGO is not only derogatory but also Defamatory and frivoulous in nature.However i feel it shall be turn out to be a big issue which might end up into hard core Litigation.
