There should not be any reason for world to believe that they can negotiate with terrorists and LTTE is one of the most dreadly killing machine. It should be dismentled and destroyed. UN or Nato or Indian peace keeper should go to Srilanka and this time unlike the IPKF they should not go unprepared.
