Mr Rahul's effect on UP Voters

Mr Rahul can bring some hopes for Congress as

the present situation is not healthy for any other

party.But still he has to learn how to face the

camara and questionair from the Media.He said

that The congress leaders are" requesting" him

to take charge of UP.I feel asking is the better word.

And how about his own decision.
