I think India SHOULD send its troops to control the immediate situation for peacekeeping. The condition should be: Once stability is arrived at, the King should restore democracy. This will help our friendship with nepal as well as prevent the Maoists. Otherwise, if the Maoists come to power, we will be at MUCH more a disadvantage than that of having helped the king.
