Just laws can make a big difference.

This is an interesting case study on how merely changing laws and policies can make a big difference to economic development. However, ensuring that only honest value adders make money can never be easy. It can be inferred from the reporting that:

1) Cows are subjected to severe torture, even milch cows are being maimed; which can be easily avoided by making the trade legal.

2) The ones political and administrative components of government are making illegal money. They have least incentive to formulate good laws and policies.

3) There is good scope for expansion of trade and better profit realization by all players within value chain.

4)Amir Bhai will continue to be worried even when laws become clean. Clean business men will have easy entry and make market lot more competitive.
