for some reason over the past couple of year...how come every person accused and/or on trial end up getting a bail.
It would be great if rediff could write a article on the criteria on which courts are issuiing bails.
Shouldn't the courts understand that half of these people are going to run away from the country. Case in point Nadeem from Nadeem-Shravan fame.
It's a shame to hear that anybody committing a crime is given a bail. As a society we need to be more strict about such policies and the courts will not change the policy till we, the society, do something about it.
