Revamped Judicial System: (i) All India Judicial Services Examination to attract the best talent in administering justice and in research in jurisprudence (ii) Common-Law (guided by social, commercial dynamics) and not judicial law to dictate principles of jurisprudence, adjudication of verdict and juridical research. (iii) In-built provisions for periodic review of statutes and special legislations in accordance with contemporary socio-commercial environment. (iv) National Judicial Accountability Commission, for Vigilance on Judicial Officers.
