Before making opinion and some sort of conlclusion it will be better If Arifbhai gives some more time and think over why this and who is responsible. Peeping into past and looking to the present around from Malyisia to Iran will get you an answer.
I grew with muslims,and think they have to blame themselves and at least pay little attention and ask a question what makes other act like that. While some of this is from past which is understandable and cannot be helped at the present moment but that doesnot mean it connot be changed for future. please change yourself and help others to change.
